Description of the wine
- An exceptional wine in this mysterious and preserved place culminating at an altitude of 200 m.

Decant 1 hour before serving. Best enjoyed at
17°C with grilled, matured Aubrac beef or
cooked slowly.
Vinification and aging
The vines are cultivated biodynamically and worked entirely by mule and horse. Leaf thinning is carried out before the harvest, which is entirely manual. All macerations are carried out in the concrete and temperature-controlled vat room, distinguishing each plot and each grape variety. Syrah: vatting and vinification in destemmed grapes. Grenache and Mourvèdre: destemming and light crushing in vatting. Controlled vatting temperatures. Very gentle maceration, limiting tannic extraction. Simply a few pumping overs for aeration and humidification of the cap. Carignan: vatting in whole bunches, vinification at a fairly high temperature to promote aromatic extraction.
Tasting note
Clos d'Ora is distinguished by its brilliant color of a
deep ruby.
Its powerful and elegant character is revealed in
mouth with intense aromas of black fruits and
melted and subtle tannins. Thanks to its
sophisticated vinification and aging, Clos
d'Ora benefits from an amplitude and a
remarkable length in the mouth.

storage potential.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.
We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
