Best served chilled, at 13°C, as an aperitif, with dishes cooked on a plancha, a prawn wok or a vegetable risotto
Vinification et élevage
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness according to each plot. Each plot is then vinified separately. Part of the blend is cold macerated to preserve the full typicity of its grape aromas. The wine is vinified using a short traditional maceration of less than 5 days.
