What is light red wine?

Light red wine is characterised by a smoother texture and a softer tannin concentration compared to more classic red wines. This lightness brings out the freshness of fruity and floral aromas, offering a refreshing and easy-to-appreciate flavour palette, even for those less accustomed to red wines.

Its secret? A shorter maceration, resulting in fewer tannins, reducing the sensation of dryness in the mouth and highlighting the vibrancy and freshness of the fruit.

How to enjoy it?

A low alcohol content, a serving temperature as fresh as its aromas. It is the essential companion for all your aperitif moments. Bruschetta, sautéed mushrooms, and goat's cheese are an excellent option to pair with it. For the main course, opt for grilled poultry
or a delicious beef burger. For the vegetarian version, choose light and fresh flavours such as grilled vegetables, avocado or goat's cheese.
