Decant 1 hour before serving. Best enjoyed at 17°C with grilled, aged or slow-cooked Aubrac beef.

The vines are grown using biodynamics and worked entirely by mule and horse. Leaf removal is carried out before the entirely manual harvest. All macerations are carried out in the concrete, temperature-regulated vat room, distinguishing each plot and each grape variety. Syrah: vatting and vinification using destemmed grapes. Grenache and Mourvèdre: destemming and light crushing at vatting. Controlled vatting temperatures. Very gentle maceration limiting tannic extraction. Simply a few pump-overs for aeration and moistening of the cap. Carignan: vatting of whole bunches, vinification at a fairly high temperature to promote aromatic extraction.

Clos d'Ora is distinguished by its brilliant deep ruby colour. Its powerful and elegant character is revealed on the palate through intense aromas of dark fruits and smooth, subtle tannins.
