What are the delivery times and costs?

Even though all orders are dispatched within 24h, it may take up to 48h in some cases. We then offer different delivery options: Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch. Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch. Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout. Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.

Wine description

Dans le cadre d’un voyage présidentiel en Chine en novembre 2019, le Château l’Hospitalet était choisi pour représenter l’excellence des vins français.
Depuis le millésime 2017, le domaine est certifié AB ( vin bio ) et DEMETER ( Agriculture biodynamique) .
Le millésime 2017 fut élu Meilleur Vin rouge du Monde avec 97 points à l'International Wine challenge 2019

Serve at 16°C with a rack of lamb, game birds or aged cheeses. This full-bodied, harmonious wine with an elegant structure can be enjoyed now and promises a most promising future.

Winemaking and ageing

The harvest is done by hand and each grape variety is vinified separately. A portion of the Syrah is vinified as whole bunches. The maceration period is around 20 to 25 days. At the end of winter, 100% of the wine is transferred into new 225-litre barrels (French oak) for a period of 12 to 16 months in the magnificent cellars of L'Hospitalet (2,000 barrels). The finest barrels of each grape variety are selected and blended to craft this cuvée.

Tasting note

The colour is a brilliant ruby. The nose, intense, is dominated by aromas of spice and red fruits (strawberry). The palate presents silky, fine tannins that highlight the fresh fruitiness of this wine.
