- The 3-hectare Hospitalitas plot, situated at the heart of the vineyard at the foot of a 30-metre cliff that protects it from the North wind, facing the sea
- The exceptional character of this cuvée stems from the fact that the plot sits across the two terroirs that make up our vineyard (limestone and marl)
- Intense aromas of violet, ripe fruit and some toasted notes. A smooth and captivating attack, full-bodied, with silky tannins, great power and a beautiful length

Vinification et élevage
The Hospitalitas plot housed, during the Middle Ages, a shelter for pilgrims, protected from the wind and the rays of the summer sun by a cliff that is also the contact zone between two terroirs of white limestone and red marly soils. The building that served as a shelter is no longer there, but the vine today benefits from the magical combe, and the plot illustrates all the better the motto "sine vino, vana Hospitalitas".
The protection that the cliff offers the vines makes Hospitalitas, bordered by a truffle grove, a mulberry field and an olive grove, a true jewel case for Syrah in its majesty. It expresses itself here differently from anywhere else, with notes of pepper and small black fruits, an extra freshness in an entirely Mediterranean expression. Between History and culture, Hospitalitas embodies everything that elevates the art de vivre of the wines of the South.
Note de dégustation
With an intense deep purple robe with
red highlights, its explosive nose reveals aromas
of violet, ripe fruits, with some toasted
notes. With a smooth and bewitching attack,
the very full palate develops on
silky tannins, with great power
and a beautiful length. The sweetness and the
phenolic structure confer a remarkable structure
to this cuvée, suitable for ageing.

La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.
