Vents & Garrigue organic white wine 2024 Case of 6 bottles 75cl

This wine comes from vineyards typical of the Languedoc AOP, where the vines thrive under a sunny Mediterranean climate, swept by the winds and surrounded by fragrant garrigue. The varied soils of schist, limestone and rounded pebbles bring a beautiful structure and minerality to the grapes.

Perfect at 10-12°C with grilled fish, white meats, or dishes based on Mediterranean vegetables. Also try with fresh goat's cheese. Enjoy now for its freshness and fruitiness, with an ageing potential of 5 to 7 years.

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in order to capture the full aromatic expression of each variety. After rigorous sorting, the vinification is traditional with complete destemming and a maceration of several days. Fermentation is carefully controlled to preserve the intensity of the fruit and garrigue aromas.

The colour is pale yellow with silver highlights. The nose is very expressive and rich, dominated by aromas of ripe fruit (white peach, apricot) and subtle notes of garrigue (cistus, fennel). The palate is lively and fruity, with a beautiful tension where the aromatic richness is confirmed by notes of stone fruit and a light touch of citrus. The finish is long, marked by floral flavours and a beautiful minerality, typical of these sun-drenched terroirs swept by the winds.
