Wine description
La Grande Bleue embodies the spirit and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, where the generous sunshine and the mineral influence of the sea shape a unique terroir.
This organic white wine showcases emblematic grape varieties from the south of France, offering a lovely freshness and an aromatic palette centred on fruit.

This wine will pair perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, and summer salads. It also goes very well with light Mediterranean dishes such as vegetable tian with fresh cheeses.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the day to preserve their freshness. Each grape variety is vinified separately in order to express its own characteristics before being blended.
Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the full aromatic intensity of the fruits and flowers.
No barrel ageing is carried out, so as to favour the freshness and purity of the fruit.
Tasting note
The colour is pale yellow with slightly green highlights.
The nose is expressive and develops aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach) as well as citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), complemented by delicate floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). The Viognier brings a subtle exotic note to this blend.
The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
