Wine description
The Terrasses du Larzac are a gentle marriage between the land and the vine, revealing the secrets of an ancestral terroir, as evidenced by the Via Luteva, a Roman road dating from the 1st century BC, a vestige of a glorious past that fostered commercial and cultural exchange. This terroir and this historical period form a magnificent duo between nature, viticultural expertise and heritage, offering a journey through time and taste.
Winemaking and ageing
The harvest is triggered on the basis of ripeness checks, analysis of polyphenols contained in the grape skins, and daily tasting of the berries as harvest approaches. Harvesting healthy and ripe grapes is the fundamental step in achieving a high level of quality. The harvest is done by hand, and the grapes are brought to the winery in containers within the hour. The grapes are sorted and then destemmed before being placed in temperature-controlled vats. Each grape variety is vinified separately. The maceration period lasts 20 to 25 days. A portion of the wine is aged in barrels.
Tasting note
Ruby robe with intense reflections. A fresh and very aromatic nose blending notes of garrigue and spices. On the palate, this intensely fruity cuvée presents fine and elegant tannins and reveals indulgent notes of red fruits.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.

- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
