Wine description
The Terrasses du Larzac are a gentle marriage between the earth and the vine, revealing the secrets of an ancestral terroir, as evidenced by the Via Luteva, a Roman road dating from the 1st century BC, a remnant of a glorious past conducive to commercial and cultural exchange. This
terroir and this historical period form a magnificent duo between nature, winemaking expertise and heritage, offering a journey through time and taste. Harvesting begins on the basis of ripeness checks, analysis of polyphenols contained in the grape skins, and daily tasting of the berries as the harvest approaches. Picking healthy, ripe grapes is the essential step in achieving a high level of quality. The harvest is done by hand, and the grapes are brought to the winery within the hour in harvesting crates. The grapes are sorted and then destemmed before being placed in temperature-controlled vats. Each grape variety is vinified separately. The maceration period lasts 20 to 25 days. Part of the wine is aged in barrels.

Tasting note
Ruby robe with intense reflections. A fresh and highly aromatic nose combining notes of garrigue and spices. On the palate, this intensely fruity cuvée presents fine and elegant tannins and reveals indulgent notes of red fruits.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
