Wine description
Hérésie is the expression of a Corbières cuvée that symbolises and transcends the history of the knights of the South of France. Emblematic terroirs were meticulously selected to craft this wine of great elegance: arid hillsides for the Mourvèdre and the Grenache, and cooler areas for the Syrah.

Best enjoyed at 18°C with a rack of roasted lamb, game birds or aged cheeses.
Winemaking and ageing
Vinified separately and in a traditional manner with a maceration of 10 days, the Syrah contributes aromas of black fruits and spices, while the Mourvèdre brings liquorice notes. The Grenache is fully destemmed and undergoes a maceration at a lower temperature of 5 days, allowing the fruit to express itself. It is this grape variety that gives roundness and elegance to the blend.
Tasting note
The colour is a deep purple red.
The nose is beautifully complex, with
notes of red fruits and spices.
The palate is powerful, balanced with great
freshness and velvety tannins.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
