Wine description
Gris Blanc is a characterful rosé wine crafted with care to meet the expectations of the most discerning wine lovers.
The vines are mainly located in the Tautavel region, within the southern France vineyard, ideally situated in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.
The Grenache expresses itself fully thanks to the exceptional climate: low rainfall and optimal sunshine.
Gris Blanc comes from the finest vineyards in the south of France and is recognisable by its beautiful pale pink colour and freshness on the palate, revealing fruity and floral notes. Our Gris Blanc is perfect to accompany meals with friends or family, but it can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. You can thus savour its delicate aromas on any occasion.

Best discovered at 10–12°C as an aperitif, with
shellfish and seafood, Mediterranean salads,
Asian dishes, oven-baked fish and spiced,
flavourful dishes such as Thai curry and tagines.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out under carbon dioxide protection in order to preserve the delicate aromas of the Grenache, until the start of fermentation, which takes place at low temperature (15 to 18°C). The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.
Tasting note
A rosé with an original profile, a very pale
pink colour, with hints of grey and white. On the nose,
very appealing aromas of red berries mingle together.
On the palate, a light spritz gives the wine all its
freshness and enhances the fruit. Elegant, the finish
develops on a fresh and mineral note.
