Wine description
Gris Blanc is a characterful rosé wine that has been carefully crafted to meet the expectations of the most discerning wine lovers.
Gris Blanc comes from the finest vineyards in the south of France and is recognisable by its beautiful pale pink colour and its freshness on the palate, revealing fruity and floral notes.
Our Gris Blanc is perfect for accompanying your meals with friends or family, but it can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. You can thus savour its delicate aromas on any occasion.
For a simpler opening, Gris Blanc is also available with a screw cap.

Best enjoyed at 10–12 °C as an aperitif, with
shellfish and seafood, Mediterranean salads,
Asian dishes, baked fish and spiced and
flavourful dishes such as Thai curry and tagines.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out under carbon dioxide protection to preserve the delicate aromas of the Grenache, up to the start of fermentation, which is carried out at low temperature (15 to 18°C). The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.
Tasting note
A rosé with an original profile, a very pale
pink colour, with hints of grey and white. On the nose,
very appealing aromas of small red
fruits mingle together.
On the palate, a light spritz gives the wine all its
freshness and enhances the fruit. Elegant, the finish
develops on a fresh and mineral note.
