Wine description
- Gris Blanc is also available in its organic version
- The vines are mainly located in the Tautavel region, within the vineyard of the South of France, ideally situated in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.
- The Grenache expresses itself fully thanks to the exceptional climate: low rainfall and optimum sunshine.

To be enjoyed at 10-12 °C as an aperitif, with
shellfish and seafood, Mediterranean
salads, Asian dishes, oven-baked fish and
spiced and flavourful dishes such as Thai curry, tagines.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out under carbon dioxide protection in order to preserve the delicate aromas of the Grenache, up to the start of fermentation, which is carried out at low temperature (15 to 18°C). The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.
Tasting note
A rosé with an original profile, a very pale
pink colour, with hints of grey and white. On the nose,
very appealing aromas of red berries mingle together.
On the palate, a light spritz gives the wine all its
freshness and enhances the fruit. Elegant, the finish
develops on a fresh and mineral note.
