Wine description

To enjoy with grilled red meats, Mediterranean dishes and aged cheeses. Decant and serve at 17°C.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested by hand with a double sorting system, in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Vinification is adapted to each grape variety. The Carignan and Syrah are vinified as whole grapes using the carbonic maceration method (lasting 10 to 18 days). The Grenache and Mourvèdre are vinified by traditional maceration after destemming (lasting 15 to 20 days).
The wine is then placed in barrels for a period of 12 months in our Gasparet winery.
Tasting note
The robe is rich and sumptuous. It is aromatically complex with notes of jammy fruits, soft spices, leather and coffee. The palate is round and smooth with beautiful fruits framed by fine-grained tannins. With such balance, this is a wine with good ageing potential.
