Wine description
- Located in the Corbières, Domaine de Villemajou holds a special place for Gérard Bertrand.
- This family property was purchased in 1970 by his father, Georges Bertrand.
- The exceptional soil allows deep rooting, protecting the vineyard from Mediterranean climatic extremes (water stress, violent storms).
- The estate has been cultivated using organic (AB) and biodynamic farming, certified Demeter, since the 2019 vintage.

Best enjoyed at 10–12°C with spicy dishes
(chicken curry), poultry and fruity
cheeses.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested at night or early in the morning, then sorted by hand. They are gently pressed upon arrival at the winery. The temperature at the start of fermentation is self-regulated at around 18–20 degrees. The rosé is placed in barrels at mid-fermentation for ageing of approximately 6 months. Lees stirring is carried out regularly to bring smoothness and structure to the wine.
Tasting note
The colour is deep and brilliant. The nose,
intense and subtle, is dominated by aromas of
red fruits accompanied by delicate floral
notes. On the palate, this rosé pleasantly
surprises with its balanced opulence and
aromatic freshness.
This cuvée reveals that rosés can
fully express the complexity and
originality of a terroir, and worthily honour
the gastronomy of the different regions of
France.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
