Wine description
- One of the highest-altitude estates in the Languedoc-Roussillon
- A terroir (soil and climate) close to that of Burgundy
- A delicate Chardonnay (grape variety), aromatically intense (influence of the Languedoc climate) and structured (barrel-aged)
- The estate is cultivated using biodynamic farming, Demeter certified since the 2018 vintage.

Best served between 12 and 13 °C, with roasted
poultry, fish or seafood in
sauce, mushrooms in sauce, cheese or
goat's cheese tarts.
Winemaking and ageing
The vine density is high, 5,000 to 6,000 vines/hectare, which allows for vigour control and the production of quality wines. The vines are trained on trellises to generate an optimal leaf surface area for grape ripening. Manual harvesting is triggered as soon as optimal ripeness is reached. The juice is immediately extracted by a delicate pneumatic pressing process, which guarantees the quality of the musts. After settling, alcoholic fermentation is carried out. The wine is aged on fine lees and in new French oak barrels (100%) for 6 to 8 months. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in certain barrels.

A golden green robe with silvery grey reflections. Expressive
nose with fruity notes of white peach,
opening onto notes of almond paste and pastry.
The palate is fresh, mineral, light and supple with a
mentholated finish.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secured.
