Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases. We offer the following delivery options: Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch. Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch. Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout. Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.

Wine description

This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Mediterranean Art de Vivre. The soil, highly varied, consists mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils but also gravel brought by the rivers and streams of the Languedoc. The climate, warm and windy ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with a mild winter variant"), promotes the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while preserving freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which tempers the high summer temperatures. Its bottle features a unique rose-shaped bottom, created by a young designer from the École Boulle. It is a wine that can be given like a bouquet of roses!

Best enjoyed between 15 and 16°C with roasted or grilled meats, chicken tagine or aged cheeses.

Winemaking and ageing

The grapes are harvested at the end of September at perfect maturity. The yield is controlled to achieve a beautiful concentration and elegant tannins. The berries are separated from the stems by destemming before being placed in vats for a maceration of 10 to 15 days. The gentle extraction of polyphenols is carried out by punching down and pumping over, guided by daily tasting. The wine is partially aged in 225-litre barrels for a few months to bring aromatic complexity while respecting the fruit and elegance of this grape variety.

Tasting note

This 100% Pinot Noir comes from the highest-altitude and coolest vineyards in the region. It offers notes of fresh fruit: morello cherry, wild raspberry and spices. Pinot Noir is delicate and demanding, capable of producing red wines of exceptional finesse. It yields wines that are rather round and fruity, best enjoyed young. On the palate it offers a velvety texture with a beautiful breadth, silky tannins and an elegant, well-balanced finish.
