Description of the wine

To be consumed at 16°C with meats
grilled or in sauce, it also goes well
perfectly with the regional specialty: the
cassoulet.
Vinification and aging
The harvest is manual with sorting carried out at the plot and then at the winery. The grapes are destemmed and then vatted to be vinified in traditional maceration. The vatting lasts around twenty days with precise temperature control. Each grape variety and each plot are vinified separately in order to preserve the potential of each terroir before blending. After malolactic fermentation in vats, the wines are blended to be aged in barrels for a period of 12 months.
Tasting note
Ruby, blackcurrant and black fruits with a hint of
chocolate and mocha. Quite concentrated with
Powerful, well-integrated tannins. Beautiful freshness
the end. Tasty, complex with notes
very well integrated barrel aging,
concentrated and long.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.
We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
