Wine description
- The estate is located to the north-west of Montpellier, backed up against the gateway to the Causse du Larzac.
- The distance from the sea and the proximity of the Causse bring a certain freshness during summer nights, which is beneficial for the slow and gradual ripening of the berries.
- The grapes are harvested by hand and the different grape varieties are harvested separately in order to achieve optimum ripeness for each one.
- The robe has a beautiful pale yellow colour; the nose reveals notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. The palate is delicate with a fine balance of fruity notes.
- Pairs perfectly with white fish and poultry.

temperatures, poultry such as guinea fowl, poularde, capon
Tasting note
The robe has a beautiful clear yellow colour,
limpid with golden highlights. The nose is very complex,
revealing notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits
and flint.
The palate is delicate and refined, showing a
beautiful aromatic balance on fruity notes. The attack is
smooth and very fresh, revealing subtly oaked
notes.

- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
