Wine description
- Its aspect, location and exceptional volcanic terroir give it a unique character – "Grandiose and wild"
- A grandiose landscape of red colour reminiscent of the American Grand Canyon
- Aromas of hawthorn, almond and floral notes of violet and yellow fruits (mango and apricot). The woody side of this cuvée is very delicate with notes of gingerbread and tobacco.
- Since the 2017 vintage, the estate is certified AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER ( Biodynamic farming) .

Winemaking and ageing
The harvest is manual and the different grape varieties are harvested separately. The grapes are cooled to 8°C and immediately pressed gently to extract the finest juices. Fermentations are carried out at controlled temperatures and last approximately 2 weeks. At mid-fermentation, a portion of the musts is transferred into new French oak barrels for 6 months. The wine is then aged on fine lees with regular stirring.
Tasting note
The colour is a beautiful golden hue. The nose is
very complex and extremely fragrant, revealing aromas
of hawthorn, almond and floral notes of violet
and yellow fruits of mango and apricot. The
oaky character of this cuvée is very delicate, with notes
of gingerbread and tobacco. The palate is rich and
smooth with a great deal of body, amplitude and a
lovely freshness.

We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
