Best enjoyed between 8 and 10°C as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, fresh salads and mild cheeses. It also pairs well with light dishes such as ceviche or sushi, thanks to its vivacity and aromatic freshness.

The Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc grapes are carefully selected and then precisely pressed to obtain the heart of the press, the intermediate portion of the juice. This technique of extracting the intermediate juice produces a wine of great quality, offering lightness, freshness and a crystalline brilliance. The secondary fermentation carried out in tank preserves the natural expression of the grape varieties and the terroir. The wine is then aged on lees to bring complexity and finesse to the bubbles.

The colour is a beautiful pale yellow with luminous highlights. The complex nose reveals delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruits, with floral and citrus notes that enhance its natural freshness.
