What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases. We offer the following delivery options: Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch. Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch. Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout. Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.

Wine description

Like the birth of a butterfly, Papilou evokes the revelation of delicate pink bubbles as the bottle is opened. A cuvée crafted in harmony with Nature, a wine committed to farming that respects biodiversity and the protection of pollinators. A fresh, highly aromatic wine, perfect for sharing!

Vinification & ageing

A portion of the must from direct pressing undergoes the first fermentation to form the base wine. After blending the various cuvées obtained, a second portion of must (kept cool since harvest) is added to carry out the second fermentation: the sparkling process, whereby bubbles form naturally in the wine
This blend is then bottled with the final portion of grape must as the expedition liqueur
Dosage 5g/l – Pressure 2 bars

Tasting notes

This sparkling wine with fine and regular effervescence has a beautiful, elegant pale pink colour.
The expressive nose is marked by notes of red fruits.
On the palate, this cuvée is very well balanced, with freshness and roundness, offering a generous, fruity and indulgent finish.

Winemaking and ageing

A portion of the must from direct pressing undergoes the first fermentation to form the base wine. After blending the various cuvées obtained, a second portion of must (kept chilled since harvest) is added to carry out the second fermentation: the prise de mousse, where bubbles form naturally in the wine. This blend is then bottled with the final portion of grape must in the form of a liqueur d'expédition. Dosage 5g/l – Pressure 2 bars.
