Description du vin
The first traces of the Occitan language date back to around the year 940 in literary texts such as the poem "La Passion de Clermont". It subsequently became an Occitan language, a European culture carried by the Troubadour movement in the Middle Ages.
Vinification et élevage
Sauvignon is a very early-ripening grape variety that requires a precise harvest date, determined by berry tastings before the harvest, to achieve the full typical intensity of the variety. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Upon arrival at the winery, the berries are gently pressed. A portion of the wine is vinified and then aged in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels for approximately 4 months, while the remainder is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at low temperature in order to preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromas. Finally, after a light fining, bottling takes place early in order to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wines.

To the eye, its pale yellow hue evokes freshness. On the nose, wafts of pineapple, lime and a touch of grapefruit. On the palate, the combination of juicy tropical fruits and citrus notes is balanced by a rich and round texture, offering a full and satisfying mouthfeel. The persistent finish leaves an impression of elegance and freshness.

La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Nous acceptons aussi le paiement par chèque et virement bancaire toutefois la commande ne sera préparée qu'à confirmation de la réception du paiement par notre service comptabilité.
