Description du vin
- Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of the great terroirs of the South of France.
- The year 462 evokes the beginning of the prosperous reign of the Visigoth people in Languedoc.
- From the remains of their palace, we inherited our emblem, the cross with doves, a symbol of sharing and fraternity.

Best enjoyed at 18°C with grilled meats, roasted meats and
poultry, or aged cheeses.
Vinification et élevage
The different grape varieties are harvested manually and separately, in order to achieve optimal ripeness for each one, with Syrah generally being the earliest. The vinification methods are also adapted to each grape variety, so as to respect their individual characteristics and the potential of the terroirs. A portion of the Syrah is vinified as whole bunches, with a vatting period of approximately 15 days. The Grenache is 100% destemmed and maceration periods reach approximately 3 weeks. The extraction work is carefully adapted to each vat, in order to favour good extraction of varietal aromas, as well as a silky and dense structure. A portion of the wine is aged in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels for approximately 10 months, with racking from pressing.
Note de dégustation
The colour is a beautiful deep purple red.
The nose, spicy, is reminiscent of cedarwood.
The palate is round and voluptuous, the tannins are
fresh and well defined.

Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier.
La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.
Nous acceptons les cartes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ainsi que les paiements via PayPal, Apple Pay et Google Pay. Les transactions sont entièrement sécurisées.
Nous acceptons aussi le paiement par chèque et virement bancaire toutefois la commande ne sera préparée qu'à confirmation de la réception du paiement par notre service comptabilité.
