What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases. We offer the following delivery options: Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch. Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch. Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout. Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.

Wine description

Hérésie is the expression of a Corbières cuvée that symbolises and transcends the history of the knights of southern France. It is a bold and innovative concept, inspired by the Cathar history that took root in Corbières, and is greatly appreciated by millennials.

Best enjoyed between 8 and 10°C as an aperitif or with mixed salads, seafood-based dishes or grilled food. It is also perfect with exotic cuisines such as sushi or spicy dishes.

Winemaking and ageing

Sourced from the finest terroirs of the Corbières appellation, Hérésie Rosé expresses the richness of the region's soils, composed primarily of schist, limestone and sandstone. This terroir, bathed in Mediterranean sunshine and cooled by sea breezes, gives the wine an unparalleled intensity and freshness. The grape varieties in this cuvée are harvested at optimal ripeness, with gentle pressing to preserve the delicacy of the fruity and floral aromas. Vinification is carried out under controlled low-temperature conditions to retain the purity of the aromas. Ageing on fine lees brings this rosé a complexity and subtle texture on the palate, while maintaining a great freshness.

Tasting note

The colour is pale and luminous pink, with crystalline highlights. Very expressive on the nose with seductive aromas of fresh red fruits, such as raspberry and redcurrant, mingled with delicate floral notes and hints of citrus. Ample and elegant on the palate, revealing a beautiful aromatic intensity of crunchy red fruits, accompanied by a refreshing minerality and a harmonious, slightly saline finish. Taut and very fresh finish.
