Hérésie is the expression of a Corbières cuvée that symbolises and transcends the history of the knights of southern France. It is a bold and innovative concept, inspired by the Cathar history that originated in Corbières, highly appreciated by millennials.

Best enjoyed between 8 and 10°C as an aperitif or with composed salads, seafood-based dishes or grilled meats. It is also perfect with exotic cuisines such as sushi or spicy dishes.

Vinification et élevage

From the finest terroirs of the Corbières appellation, Hérésie Rosé expresses the richness of the region's soils, composed mainly of schist, limestone and sandstone. This terroir, bathed in Mediterranean sunshine and cooled by sea breezes, gives the wine an unparalleled intensity and freshness. The grape varieties in this cuvée are harvested at optimal ripeness, with gentle pressing to preserve the delicacy of the fruity and floral aromas. Vinification is carried out under controlled low-temperature conditions to retain the purity of the aromas. Ageing on fine lees brings this rosé a complexity and subtle texture on the palate, while maintaining great freshness.

Note de dégustation

The colour is pale and luminous pink, with crystalline highlights. Very expressive on the nose with seductive aromas of fresh red fruits, such as raspberry and redcurrant, mingled with delicate floral notes and hints of citrus. Ample and elegant on the palate, revealing a beautiful aromatic intensity of crunchy red fruits, accompanied by a refreshing minerality and a harmonious, slightly saline finish. Taut finish with great freshness.

Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas.
Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison :

La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition
La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition.
La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition.
La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition.

Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier.
La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.
