What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases. We offer the following delivery options: Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch. Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch. Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout. Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.

Wine description

Gris Blanc is a characterful rosé wine crafted with care to meet the expectations of the most discerning wine lovers.

The vines are located primarily in the Tautavel region, within the vineyards of the South of France, ideally situated in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.

Grenache expresses itself fully thanks to the exceptional climate: low rainfall and optimal sunshine.

Gris Blanc is sourced from the finest vineyards in the south of France and is recognisable by its beautiful pale pink colour and its freshness on the palate, revealing fruity and floral notes. Our Gris Blanc is perfect for accompanying your meals with friends or family, but it can also be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif. You can thus savour its delicate aromas on any occasion.

Food & Wine pairings suggested by our chef

To be discovered at 10-12 °C as an aperitif, with shellfish and crustaceans, Mediterranean salads, Asian dishes, oven-baked fish and spiced and flavourful dishes such as Thai curry, tagines.

Winemaking and ageing

The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out under carbon dioxide protection to preserve the delicate aromas of the Grenache, until the start of fermentation, which takes place at low temperature (15 to 18°C). The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.

Tasting note

A rosé with an original profile, a very pale pink colour, with hints of grey and white. On the nose, very appealing aromas of red berries mingle together. On the palate, a light spritz gives the wine all its freshness and enhances the fruit. Elegant, the finish develops on a fresh and mineral note.
