Wine description
The estate's name pays tribute to the many eagles soaring above the vineyard. Located near Limoux, in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, the vineyard is among the highest in altitude in the whole of Languedoc Roussillon (500m). The proximity of the snowy Pyrenean peaks brings mountain climate influences at night that temper the Mediterranean sunshine and heat of the day. The estate has been cultivated using Demeter-certified biodynamic farming since the 2018 vintage.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secured.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
