Wine description
- One of the highest-altitude estates in Languedoc-Roussillon, boasting a unique landscape facing the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees
- The originality of cultivating this rare grape variety in Languedoc-Roussillon
- Identifiable on the nose (aromas of flowers, lychee), this 100% Gewürztraminer is expressive and intense.
- The estate has been cultivated using Demeter-certified biodynamic farming since the 2018 vintage.

Winemaking and ageing
The vineyard is dense, with between 5,000 and 6,000 vines per hectare, allowing vigour to be controlled and thus producing a wine of exceptional quality. The juice is immediately extracted by delicate pneumatic pressing, which guarantees superior must quality. After settling, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged on fine lees and a portion is placed in oak barrels.
Tasting note
Crystalline yellow robe. Very expressive and
complex nose: floral notes (rose), opening onto
hints of lychee, acacia and apricot. Fresh,
mineral, clear and gentle palate. Finish reminiscent
of citrus and clove.
