Wine description
- Estate of 1,000 hectares, 82 of which are planted with vines, within a protected and magnificent natural park
- The Grand Vins are sourced from a selection of the finest plots of the estate
- Wine served in Business Class on Air France in 2016
- A complex aromatic palette composed of aromas of citrus fruits, white fruits, toasted hazelnuts, as well as a freshness and a minerality typical of La Clape wines
- Since the 2017 vintage, the estate is AB certified ( organic wine ) and DEMETER certified ( Biodynamic farming)

To be enjoyed at 11°C with pan-fried scallops,
fish in sauce, or as an aperitif.
Winemaking and ageing
The harvest date is triggered, variety by variety, only when the grapes have reached optimal ripeness and after daily tasting of the berries. The hand-harvested grapes undergo pneumatic pressing as soon as they arrive at the winery. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out 100% in French oak barrels. Temperature control preserves the freshness and integrity of the aromas. Barrel ageing lasts between 7 and 8 months until the Spring equinox, with regular lees stirring (for two months).
Tasting note
Golden robe, pale yellow. The nose is powerful and
fresh with aromas of citrus fruits, white-fleshed
fruits such as pear and quince, scents of
garrigue and anise, with notes of toasted hazelnuts.
The palate is of great finesse and
beautiful minerality, with iodine notes and touches
of white pepper and flint. Plenty of
freshness on the finish with notes of acacia honey.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24h, this may take up to 48h in some cases.
We then offer various delivery options:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be processed upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
