The vines and the landscapes are lush and green, and the scent of flowers charms us with their sweetness.
Our 5 senses are inevitably awakened! As the days grow longer and the sun becomes ever gentler. What better than to pair spring starters, mains and desserts with our finest wines.
Here are our food and wine pairing suggestions just for you
The starter with the lovely bitter notes of our Orange 2021 cuvée from the domaine de l'Estagnère and the delicacy of a white asparagus velouté. A perfect way to awaken your palate.
Continue with the lightness of a vegetable lasagne dish and the delicacy of a pinot noir 2020 from the domaine de l'Aigle Noir. Hearty and light.
Finally, to finish, the touch of sweetness from a rhubarb tart in the style of a tatin, accompanied by a fresh and fruity white from domaine de cigalus.
