The harvest has begun and marks the end of the 2023 vintage. After a dry winter, a rainy spring and a hot summer, our grapes will soon reach maturity. In every vineyard, the harvest is the most exciting moment of the year, and certainly the most important!
Cleaning the vats, preparing the winery and picking early in the morning, our teams are hard at work to ensure the success of this exceptional vintage.
And yet another year with healthy grapes bursting with flavor, thanks in no small part to the biodynamic preparations we use. Biodynamics helps us preserve our magnificent terroirs nestled in the four corners of the Languedoc.
