Wine description
Landscape shaped by dry stone walls Le Chemin en Latin Facing the bell tower of La Livinière, on a mosaic of terroirs. A perfect alliance of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan.

The colour is a beautiful deep garnet. On the nose, Le Viala is powerful, revealing notes of ripe fruit and violet. A very fine attack, smooth tannins, woody notes, fine balance, infinite length. On the palate, this cuvée is wonderfully indulgent! Le Viala has great ageing potential.
Winemaking and ageing
The harvest is triggered after very precise monitoring of ripeness and daily tasting of the berries. Picking is done by hand and the grapes are meticulously sorted upon arrival at the winery. The Carignan and a portion of the Syrah are vinified as whole bunches. The Grenache is destemmed and vinified using traditional maceration. After malolactic fermentation of the wines, the different grape varieties are blended and the wine is placed in French oak barrels for 12 months of ageing. We select the finest coopers in order to adapt the choice of wood origins and toast levels to each vintage. The wines are neither fined nor filtered before bottling. The bottles are then kept for 12 months before being released for sale.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:

- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
