2017 Vintage – Elegance and finesse

Appearance: Bright, clear ruby colour, reflecting a distinct youthfulness and freshness.

Nose: Delicate aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), accompanied by floral hints (violet) and light spices. A subtle note of garrigue adds complexity.

Palate: Silky, fluid texture with fine tannins and refreshing acidity. The balance is seamless, offering a harmonious and elegant tasting experience.

2019 Vintage – Structure and richness

Appearance: Intense ruby colour with violet tints, heralding remarkable depth.

Nose: Complex bouquet combining ripe black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) and sweet spices (liquorice, black pepper), with hints of garrigue and leather.

Palate: Full and well-structured attack, supported by firm tannins and well-integrated acidity. The finish is long and persistent, with notes of tobacco and cocoa, showing exceptional ageing potential.

2022 Vintage – Power and expression

Appearance: Deep purple colour, almost black, showing heightened concentration and ripeness.

Nose: An abundance of ripe black fruit aromas (blackberry, plum), enriched with spicy notes (cinnamon, pepper), liquorice, and garrigue nuances.

Palate: Powerful and generous attack, with velvety tannins and a pronounced tannic structure. The finish is long and spicy, offering lovely persistence and promising ageing potential.

The harvest is done by hand and each grape variety is vinified separately. A portion of the Syrah is vinified as whole bunches. The maceration period is around 20 to 25 days. At the end of winter, 100% of the wine is transferred into new 225-litre barrels (French oak) for a period of 12 to 16 months in the magnificent cellars of L'Hospitalet (2,000 barrels). The finest barrels of each grape variety are selected and blended to craft this cuvée.

The colour is a brilliant ruby. The nose, intense, is dominated by aromas of spice and red fruits (strawberry). The palate presents silky, fine tannins that highlight the fresh fruitiness of this wine.
