1 cl Amaretto
7 cl Clairette
2 cl passion fruit juice
1 drop tabasco spray
1 cl Ginger Beer

In the shaker pour 1cl of Amaretto, 7cl of clairette, 2cl of passion fruit juice & 1 drop of tabasco. Mix with the ice cubes. Pour into the glass and add the ginger beer. Add a few pineapple leaves. Spritz with the tabasco spray. Enjoy!
