We suggest a recipe of grilled sea bass to complement this cuvée.
Ingredients for this recipe:
- Sea bass (Mediterranean bar)
Recipe preparation:
- First, scale, gut and season the fish (salt, pepper, aromatic herbs).
- Place them in a grill and set the grill over the embers of the barbecue.
- Avoid direct contact with the flame — the skin will be crispy rather than burnt.
- Cook for 7 to 8 minutes on each side — the flesh will remain tender — then drizzle with garlic-infused olive oil.
- You can also grill in the traditional way. The fish is seasoned and lightly oiled.
- Score the fish in a 10:10 pattern then finish cooking in the oven on a tray. Serve with a compound butter.
