Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Wine description

The first traces of the langue d'oc date back to around 940 AD, in literary texts such as the poem "La passion de Clermont". It later became an Occitan language, part of the European culture conveyed by the Troubadours movement in the Middle Ages.

Vinification and ageing

The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, to express the grape variety's full potential. The grapes are meticulously sorted at harvest and reception. The grapes are destemmed and cooled to 8°C. A 12 to 24-hour skin maceration is then carried out to extract the aromatic compounds from the skins and pulp. The grapes are then sent to the press to extract the must. Particular care is taken during pressing to ensure that only the highest-quality first juices are retained. The juices are then settled to a greater or lesser extent, depending on the desired aromatic profile. Fermentation lasts between 15 and 30 days, depending on the degree of clarification and temperature applied. The particularity of this grape variety lies in its great aromatic richness and its very stable aromas with respect to oxidative phenomena. Finally, after light fining, the wine is bottled fairly early to preserve its fresh, fruity character.

Tasting notes

Ripe pear emerges on the nose, accompanied by subtle honeysuckle accents. On the palate, its fat, generous texture caresses the palate, highlighting intense flavors of ripe pear, peach, apricot, orange blossom, citrus and a delicate woody touch. The finish is harmoniously balanced, leaving a soft mineral imprint that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.

Relay point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet...) and the price is calculated when the basket is validated.
Standard delivery is offered in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?
