Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?

Même si toutes les commandes sont expédiées dans les 24h, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48h dans certains cas. Nous proposons ensuite différents modes de livraison : La livraison en point relais prend entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition. La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition. Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier. La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.

Wine description

Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of the great terroirs of the South of France.
1130 pays homage to the first fortification of the city of Carcassonne, a medieval jewel listed as a UNESCO world Heritage site.
The vineyard benefits from oceanic influences, which give the wine freshness, and Mediterranean influences, which produce ripe, fruity aromas.

Ideal at 10-12°C as an aperitif, with grilled fish grilled fish or white meats.

Vinification and ageing

Harvesting takes place early in the morning, when temperatures are at their lowest, to preserve the integrity of the aromas. The grapes are quickly transported to the winery, and the juice is immediately extracted by gentle pneumatic pressing. After cold settling, fermentation begins, with temperatures regulated between 14 and 17°C. After about 15 days of fermentation, the wine is racked and aged.

Tasting notes

A brilliant straw-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals an intense bouquet notes of nectarine, acacia, coconut and coconut and hazelnut. On the palate, round and ample, it offers exotic flavors and a long, mineral mineral finish.
