This deep ruby-coloured wine comes from three grape varieties emblematic of the Occitanie region: Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. Its traditional winemaking (destemming, maceration, pressing and malolactic fermentation) ensures an authentic expression of the flavours of this iconic wine.

A portion of this Pic Saint Loup wine (approximately one third) is aged in barrels for 9 months, bringing a complex aromatic palette and greater roundness. This careful approach allows the An 1189 Pic Saint Loup collection to offer a rich and velvety tasting experience. On the nose, this red wine from the south of France reveals an intense and deep bouquet.
