Our expertise and our knowledge of the Languedoc terroir allow us to produce quality wines without added sulphites. At Gérard Bertrand, we have thus acquired sufficient experience and understanding of our grape varieties in order to protect our wine from oxidation naturally, without resorting to the addition of sulphites.
