Pair your menu with Hérésie wine

Hérésie is a Corbières cuvée that symbolises and transcends the history of the knights of the South of France.

Available in two cuvées, the first Hérésie wine has a deep purplish-red colour. Its nose has wonderful complexity, with notes of red fruit and spice. The second wine has a brilliant golden-yellow colour. Its nose is highly expressive and exquisite, with aromas of dried apricot and toasted almond.

Emblematic terroirs have been meticulously selected to make this exceptionally elegant wine: arid hillsides for Mourvèdre and Grenache, and cooler areas for Syrah.
