Pair your Menu with Hérésie wine

Hérésie is the expression of a Corbières cuvée that symbolises and transcends the history of the knights of southern France.

Available in 2 cuvées, Hérésie offers a first wine with a deep purple-red colour. The nose is beautifully complex, with notes of red fruits and spices. The second wine presents a brilliant golden-yellow colour. The nose is very expressive and exquisite with aromas of dried apricot and toasted almond.

Emblematic terroirs have been meticulously selected to craft this wine of great elegance: arid hillsides for the Mourvèdre and Grenache, and cooler areas for the Syrah.
