Official competition rules

Article 1 — Organiser

This prize draw is organised by SPH GÉRARD BERTRAND, whose registered office is located at Route de Narbonne Plage, 11100 Narbonne (France), registered in the Narbonne Trade and Companies Register (hereinafter "the Organiser").

Article 2 — Purpose and duration of the competition

The «Hampton Water x Jon Bon Jovi» competition is a prize draw, open from 30 June 2026 at 00:00 (Paris time) to 15 August 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time).

Article 3 — Entry conditions

The competition is open to any adult individual (aged 18 or over) residing in an eligible country, with the exception of employees and representatives of SPH Gérard Bertrand and members of their families.

Excluded countries: United States, Canada, Australia.

Participation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health — drink responsibly. Participation in this competition does not require the consumption of alcohol.

Article 4 — Entry procedure

Mode 1 — Entry with purchase: Any purchase of a bottle of Hampton Water on the website www.gerard-bertrand.com during the competition period counts as 1 entry into the prize draw. There is no limit to the number of entries by this method. Each bottle purchased in a single order generates a separate entry.

Mode 2 — Entry without purchase (free): It is possible to enter for free and without any obligation to purchase by completing the form available at the following address: https://2enati.share-eu1.hsforms.com/2OS4gotTPSWyhtJ63clCS7A. Only one free entry will be granted per participant per 7-calendar-day period during the competition period. Free entry confers the same rights as entry by purchase.

Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified.

Article 5 — Prizes

A prize draw will select 2 winners from all participants:

Winner no. 1: 2 VIP tickets to the Jon Bon Jovi concert on 28 August 2026 at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh (Scotland). Travel, accommodation and any other expenses related to the trip are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner no. 2: 1 Hampton Water bottle label signed by Jon Bon Jovi, sent to the address provided by the winner.

Prizes are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Should it be impossible to award an identical prize, the Organiser reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equivalent value.

Article 6 — Selection of winners

The prize draw will take place on 18 August 2026 under the supervision of a bailiff. Two winners will be selected in draw order (the 1st draw designates the winner of the VIP tickets, the 2nd draw the signed label).

Winners will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the draw, at the address provided upon entry. If no response is received within 72 hours, a new draw will take place.

Article 7 — Award of prizes

Prizes will be delivered or dispatched to winners no later than 23 August 2026. The winner of the VIP tickets must provide a valid proof of identity matching the name given upon entry. The Organiser cannot be held liable for any issues relating to the delivery of prizes.

Article 8 — Liability

The Organiser cannot be held liable for any technical incident, computer failure, internet network outage, or any other event beyond its control that prevents the proper running of the competition. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure, without any liability being incurred.

The Organiser cannot be held liable for any accident, loss or damage arising from the use of the prize.

Article 9 — Personal data protection

Personal data collected in the context of this competition is used exclusively for the management of the prize draw and the award of prizes. It is processed by SPH Gérard Bertrand in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, object to and request the deletion of their data by writing to: contact@gerard-bertrand.com.

Article 10 — Filing of the rules

These rules have been filed with a bailiff. They may be consulted free of charge on this page and sent upon simple written request to SPH Gérard Bertrand, Route de Narbonne Plage, 11100 Narbonne.

Article 11 — Applicable law

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules shall be submitted to the competent courts of Narbonne.
