Careful Vinification

Gentle pressing, selection of the press-heart juice only. Blending with reserve wines aged in barrels, second fermentation and lees ageing for a refined texture.

The spirit
of the Mediterranean

Esprit de Cote des roses was born from the vision of Gérard Bertrand: to capture the soul of the Mediterranean in a singular bottle. A blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache Noir and Chardonnay, marrying the freshness of the Pyrenean foothills with the sun-drenched generosity of the Cévennes.

The varied soils — garrigue limestone, schist and gravel — give the wine its distinctive mineral character. The hot and windy climate, tempered by altitude and the sea breeze, preserves a natural aromatic freshness.

Its sculpted bottle, crowned with an embossed rose, is an object in its own right: it transforms every shared moment into a unique moment, rich in emotion.
