Contest Rules to win two tickets to Sting 3.0 at Jazz à l'Hospitalet

 Article 1: Organisation

SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND (SIRET 382 338 952 0015), with a share capital of €6,000,000.00, having its registered office at Route de Narbonne-Plage, 11100 NARBONNE, is organising from 29 March 2026 to 30 June 2026 a free prize draw, with no purchase obligation, "2 concert tickets for Sting 3.0 at Jazz à L'Hospitalet 2026".

 Article 2: Conditions of participation:

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the automatic cancellation of the entry and any award of prizes.

 Article 3: Terms of participation:

Participation in this competition is open to all persons, excluding staff of the organising companies, service providers and partners for this operation, as well as their families. Participation must take place online via the link available on the QR Codes in the lounge, by completing the relevant form with the participant's surname, first name, address, email address and telephone number before 30 June 2026.

Article 4: Running of the Contest, determination of winners and prizes:

The draw will take place on 30 June 2026.

The winner will be contacted by email at the address provided at the time of registration => if no response is received by 15/07/2026, the prize will be forfeited.

It is not possible to exchange the prize for financial compensation.

If the winner is unable to enjoy the prize awarded to them by the draw, they may however transfer their gift to any other person (family member, friend, etc.).

In the event of force majeure, the organising company reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equivalent value.

Participants elect domicile at the address indicated on the form provided for in Article 3 hereof.

One prize per winner

- Single prize: 2 dinner-concert tickets for Sting at the Jazz à l'Hospitalet Festival, Château l'Hospitalet, route de Narbonne Plage, 11100 NARBONNE, comprising a dinner for two people and two tickets for the Sting concert as part of the Jazz à l'Hospitalet Festival, with a value of €780.

 

 

Article 5: Legal deposit:

The rules may be consulted online on the page https://www.gerard-bertrand.com/pages/reglement-jeux-concours-sting-2026. The rules may be amended at any time in the form of an addendum by the organiser, in compliance with the conditions set out, and published at the premises of the organising company. It will come into force upon publication and will be deemed to have been accepted by the mere fact of participation in the Contest, from the date on which the amendment comes into force.

Any participant who refuses the modification(s) made must cease participating in the Contest.

Article 6: Personal data:

The organising company may use this information to send institutional or commercial communications.

 Article 7: Disputes and liability:

Participation in this Contest implies unreserved acceptance of the rules in their entirety. If one or more provisions of these rules were declared null or unenforceable, the other clauses would retain their full force and effect. Any inaccurate or false declaration, or any fraud, will result in the disqualification of the participant. The organising company will have sole authority to settle any dispute relating to the competition and its rules. No telephone or written requests will be answered regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or terms of the Contest, or the list of winners. In the event of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent within 1 (one) month of the announcement of results will be accepted. The organising company reserves the right, should circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this Contest in accordance with Article 5 of these rules. Its liability may not be incurred as a result.

 Article 8: Reimbursement

In the event of expenses incurred, any participant may request reimbursement of costs corresponding to the connection time to an internet access point for viewing the results. The reimbursement request must be sent by post to the competition address:

It must be accompanied by bank account details and supporting documentation, no later than 30 days after the closing date of the competition, as evidenced by the postmark. Costs incurred by the participant for the stamp required for this request will be reimbursed upon simple written request on the basis of the current standard "letter" rate. Only one reimbursement request per participant registered in the competition and per envelope (same name, same address). Incomplete requests will not be taken into account.

Given that, in the current state of service offerings and technology, certain internet service providers offer free or flat-rate connections to internet users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the site made on a free or flat-rate basis (such as, in particular, cable, ADSL or dedicated line connections) shall not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the access provider's services is in this case contracted by the internet user for their general use of the Internet and that the participant's connection to the site incurs no additional costs or expenses.

Article 9: Connection and use:

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking, and the risk of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network.

The organising company declines all liability in the event of misuse or any incident related to the use of a computer, internet access, maintenance or malfunction of the Contest servers, the telephone line or any other technical connection, and the submission of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Article 10: Jurisdiction:

Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts designated in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.

Article 11: Literary and artistic property rights:

In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up this Contest are strictly prohibited. The brands mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
