The Bertrand family
Gérard Bertrand unveils a new vintage in collaboration with the artist Di Rosa
Where the art of viticulture meets the passion for art:
This year, dive into an exclusive, limited-edition collaboration with renowned artist Di Rosa.

An artistic and philosophical exploration
The result of a meeting between two visionary creators—Gérard Bertrand, a committed winemaker, and Hervé Di Rosa, an emblematic figure of Figuration Libre—this special edition of Château l'Hospitalet AOP La Clape celebrates the profound connection between wine, art, and nature.
Dressed in an original visual by Di Rosa, colorful, vibrant, popular, and free. Like her paintings, she tells a story. That of a terroir bathed in light, between sea and scrubland, of a vineyard cultivated biodynamically, and of a philosophy of life focused on transmission, sensoriality, and joy.
This limited edition vintage embodies a common quest: that of accessible art, sincere emotion, a message to share.
Château l'Hospitalet x Di Rosa: drink fresh art.

La Clape, cradle of an exceptional wine
Nestled in the heart of the Massif de la Clape Natural Park, overlooking the Mediterranean, Château l'Hospitalet embodies the rare union of terroir, nature, and culture. A former limestone island that has become a coastal massif, La Clape offers a spectacular environment, where vines flourish amidst fragrant scrubland, sea breezes, and sun-drenched rock.
This unique place, shaped by the elements, produces vintages of great intensity, revealing the minerality of the soil, the energy of the climate, and the finesse of biodynamic work. As Gérard Bertrand reminds us, "it is not just a cultivation method, but a philosophy of life," respecting the living and the rhythms of the Earth.
Here, the art of living takes root in nature. Each bottle reflects a living ecosystem, a preserved Mediterranean landscape, and a deep commitment to authenticity.

About Di Rosa
Hervé Di Rosa , born in 1959 in Sète, is a major artist of the Figuration Libre movement, which he co-founded in 1981. His world, inspired by comics, advertising and popular culture, is distinguished by its bright colors and emblematic characters such as the "Renés". An artistic explorer, he uses a variety of techniques – painting, sculpture, ceramics, tapestry, animation – and creates works around the world, incorporating local know-how. A defender of "Modest Art", he founded the MIAM (International Museum of Modest Arts) in Sète in 2000. His work, exhibited internationally, was the subject of a retrospective at the Centre Pompidou in 2024 and presented at the Mucem until September 1, 2025. In 2024, he joined the Académie des Beaux-Arts, painting section.
Hervé Di Rosa's commitment to accessible and sincere art resonates with the approach of Gérard Bertrand, a pioneer of biodynamics and ambassador of the South. Both celebrate the beauty of the gesture, the richness of roots, and the need to pass on knowledge.
To extend the experience...
