L'Hospitalitas: At the summit of Château l'Hospitalet, this parcel benefits from an exceptional microclimate that allows the grapes to ripen slowly and progressively. A portion of the Syrah is vinified as whole bunches, while the other portion, along with the Mourvèdre, is destemmed before being vinified by traditional maceration. After ageing in new barrels for approximately 12 months, this wine captivates with its smooth attack, supple tannins and a beautiful lingering finish. A wine promising great ageing potential.
