Sun, sea and wine: let yourself be transported
CLOSE YOUR EYES... YOU CAN HEAR THE CICADAS, FEEL THE WARMTH OF THE SUN AND THE SALTY AIR OF THE MEDITERRANEAN
In your glass, a sun-drenched, generous, vibrant wine. Notes of ripe fruit, a hint of spice, an elegant minerality... But what does the sun really bring to these wines? Its intensity encourages perfect ripeness in the grapes, enriching the aromas of ripe fruit and spice. The temperature differences between day and night preserve their freshness and balance, while the light-soaked soils return this warmth to every grape variety.
The result of generous, expressive wines of beautiful complexity.
Cote des Roses Sauvignon Blanc, a white wine of beautiful vivacity with notes of citrus and exotic fruits, enhanced by a light salinity. Its elegance and freshness pair perfectly with a fish ceviche, a Saint-Jacques scallop carpaccio or a salad of marinated prawns.
L'Art de Vivre red, a tribute to Languedoc traditions, made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Its aromatic intensity, roundness and spicy notes pair wonderfully with a homemade ratatouille, a slow-cooked leg of lamb or a board of aged cheeses.
