Harvest is beginning and marks the end of the 2023 vintage. After a dry winter, a rainy spring and a hot summer, our grapes are nearly ripe. In every vineyard, the harvest is the most exciting moment of the year — assuredly the most important!

Tank cleaning, cellar preparation and early morning picking — our teams are working flat out to make this exceptional vintage a success.

And yet another year with healthy grapes bursting with flavour, thanks in particular to the biodynamic preparations used. Biodynamics helps us preserve our magnificent terroirs nestled in the four corners of the Languedoc.
