In this new year, our sommelier is delighted to share with you our most promising new vintages, ready to evolve with elegance over the years, to collect from January.
Cigalus Blanc, 2022
The robe is golden yellow, brilliant and clear. The nose is intense and complex, blending buttery, toasted and quince aromas. The attack is tense, marked by vanilla and buttery notes.

« This new vintage is an exceptional experience, characterised by a refreshing vibrancy. Cigalus reveals itself as fresh, aromatic, with a strong ageing potential, while already offering great drinkability. »
Plantabelle, 2019
Dark and violet-hued in its youth, it brightens and becomes tawny with age. An olfactory expression dominated by ripe fruits, garrigue notes and menthol. On the palate, density and elegance characterise this cuvée.

« Great concentration of old Grenache in this vintage, an ageing potential of more than 20 years. An exceptional cuvée, a silky mouthfeel and notes of wild raspberries. »
L'Hospitalitas, 2020
With an intense deep purple robe with red highlights, its explosive nose reveals aromas of violet, ripe fruits and toasted notes. With a suave and captivating attack, the very ample palate develops over melted tannins, with great power and a beautiful length.

« The 2020 vintage is particularly sunny, which allowed this single-plot wine to reach a very fine ripeness. The wine is powerful, mentholated and promises an ageing capacity of well over 20 years. »
